The judge of the 3rd Public Treasury Court of the Court of Justice of Amazonas (TJAM), Etelvina Loba Braga, decided not to accept the Popular Action pleaded by the lawyers of state deputy Dermilson Chagas against the Government of Amazonas.
This process was to prevent the State from granting permanent financial aid to vulnerable families.
Governor Wilson Lima announced, yesterday (13), the payment of State Aid on a permanent basis, benefiting more than 300 thousand families throughout Amazonas.
For Deputy Dermilson, the state governor would be using the program to promote himself. However, the court did not understand the deputy’s appeal in this way and decided to reject the request.
